Electric wire-rope hoists CD1, MD1 type can be widelyused to hoist heavy objects. Or installed on the straight or curveI-steel beam of single-girder cranes, they can also be used tighterwith Electric Hoist Double-girder, gantry crane and slewingcranes. 

Motor: Hoist Motor is a taper type rotormotor with braking, it is made by Nanjing special motor factory, itis of the best quality motors, and it has bigger torque, so it canbe adapted to moving frequently, the Maximum torque is 2.4-3 timesthan the rated torque.
Gear Box: Hoist Gear Box has specially treated gearsfor high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft assembly is supportedon ball or roller bearings, to ensure smooth, low-frictionoperation.
Wire Rope: Hoisting rope complies with the exportingstandards. The leading rope taken by the Drum does not slipsideways when slack. The factor of safety, on the nominal breakingstrength of the rope is six.
Rope Drum: Grooved Drum, seamless pipe of adequatelength to be wounded in one layer and to provide proper support forthe rope to minimize abrasive wear is provided. Drum Shaft resolveson Ball Bearings for ensuring smooth running.
Electric apparatus controlling system: 

Model CD1 and MD1 is composed of the contactor box,controlling switch, cut-off limiter. The working voltage ofcontrolling switch is 380V, 36V or 24V (safetyvoltage).
Rope Guide: Rope Guide is in two halves, ensuringeasy accessibility. It encircles the Drum completely so that therope may not uncoil even when the Hoist is in unloadedcondition. 

The rope guides is thickenedand dilated, so that it is not easy to bedamaged.

Hook: The Hook Block is tested to 150 % offull load before assembly. The rope sheaves are fully guarded withprotective steel casting. All sheaves rotate on ballbearing.

 

The pulley is thicken and dilated thandomestic common pulley.
